Our Expereince
Comacon can trace its history back to 1998 when Donna Groves secured her first client as a sole-trader. Today, Comacon employs more than 100 specialists and subcontractors, in offices around the world.
An employee-owned company, we’ve completed hundreds of stakeholder engagement projects for clients in the infrastructure and resource sectors.

Our Leadership
Combining local knowledge with experience the closely-knit Comacon team includes some of the most experienced consultants in stakeholder/community engagement and communication in infrastructure. Our consultants are high performing, practical specialists who thrive working collaboratively with our clients and stakeholders to make their projects a success and realise true benefits for stakeholders and local communities.
Our overarching centralised management provides leadership and common support, including administration, graphics, media, HR and finance, as part of a structure that permits a scalable approach, so our team and resources can be added or demobilised without disruption depending on your requirements.

Comacon has provided communications and engagement services for some of Australia’s largest government agencies, and global infrastructure providers and management consultancies.
International
Comacon has community engagement, planning, sustainability management and social analysis teams in a number international locations. In London, Rome, Paris, Barcelona and in regional Germany.
Our staff have become indispensable to the large infrastructure projects they’re working on. They’re now permanently embedded within their respective teams, working exclusively on specific projects.
Our Hong Kong office supports our Infrastructure community relations partner training, which we have facilitated throughout China since 2014.
